Creating an economical production environment for displays is a challenge. Machines and equipment must comply with strict cleanroom regulations, achieve a high overall system effectiveness (OSE), have a space-saving design and be flexibly expandable - and all this with long travels of up to 16 metres. This is where products from igus come into play. Our cables and energy supply systems are made of high-performance polymers which are abrasion-resistant, so that almost no particles are released into the ambient air. They are modular in design, easy to maintain and compact. Our products are used in machines and systems for pick-and-place tasks, glass cutting and panel production, among others.
