Thanks to their high torsional strength, the e-chains offer reliable guidance in 3D movement. In addition, chainflex® cables guarantee trouble-free continuous operation.

Even when the machine is working in chip flight, no fine dust gets into the chain joints of the igus® e-chains. Due to the large selection, IMA Klessmann GmbH did not need a customised product, but was able to fall back on off-the-shelf products.

The hybrid cables in the chainflex® programme have been tested by IMA Klessmann under the most adverse conditions and are used in the new IMAGIC flex flexible drilling systems.
