Plain Bearings in Multiple-Joint Hinges

Metallic rolled PTFE-coated bearings are usually used in bearing points of multi-joint hinges. To achieve a low-clearance system, the bearings have to be recalibrated at great expense. With our plastic plain bearings, this effort is eliminated because they calibrate themselves through the heat effect during the cathodic dip-paint process. The result: a low-clearance bearing even with coarse sheet metal drilling.
