Silent sliding

This wellness module consists of a sliding seat, three water basins and is used in the fish therapy. To avoid jerky movements or disturbing noises during changing the seat position, the developers set for the shifting mechanism on the lubrication-free drylin® linear plain bearings from igus® instead of conventional metal guides. Even at a load of 160 kg, the seat slides quietly back and forth – without any lubricants.
