Precise positioning

PCBs for computers are automatically soldered in this machine. The soldering unit must be moved extremely precisely for an optimum product result to be achieved. Even and precise movement is guaranteed by a drylin® W linear guide system based on a drylin® R precision aluminium shaft. Alongside the high precision, the good temperature resistance of the system was decisive for the design engineers’ decision.
