This muck-spreading cart is used in agricultural applications. The muck is discharged through a sliding plate in the base. The bronze bearings used up to now in the chain tensioner often broke due to the constant high load and had to be lubricated permanently. The use of igus® polymer plain bearings, which are lubricant-free and require almost no maintenance, has increased the availability of the machine and significantly reduced the maintenance effort required.
