Years of problem-free use

This filling line is used to fill meatloaf mixture into baking dishes. The dishes are greased and then enter the line for filling. The pumping mechanism has been made using drylin® R linear round guides from igus® on a VA stainless steel shaft. The advantage of the round bearings is that they are absolutely lubricantfree and work excellently even under extreme conditions. The bearings in the filling line are exposed daily to aggressive cleaning agents, yet they have been working without any problems whatsoever for ten years.
