Lift tables may not be the most impressive, but they are indispensable systems in material handling. They are used wherever loads need to be lifted to a desired height. With high load capacities of sometimes several tonnes and high lifting frequencies in multi-shift operation, the storage points are exposed to high loads. To ensure that they work reliably, the metallic bearings usually used must be lubricated regularly, especially if they are exposed to the weather outdoors.
