The FX-7 Pro from Liqtra is considered to be one of the most productive 3D printers currently available; it reduces process times by up to 75 per cent.

Prostheses and orthoses made of polypropylene can be printed directly on site in the clinic or orthopaedic centre. This means they are quickly available and economical to manufacture.

The material supply has space for eight filament rolls, from which material can be removed at the same time. The bearing roller for the filaments is an essential component of the material drawer.

Special flange and shaft.

In the z-axis, dryspin lead screws with lubrication-free plastic lead screw nuts are used, as well as a compact drylin E lead screw stepper motor that is easy to control.

Several energy chains, e.g. at the print head, where the chain has to withstand considerable forces due to the high number of supply lines, ensure that the cables are guided safely.
