Spraying technology for greenhouses: A moving system which is equipped with heating pipes and supplemented by spraying strips. They are attached to the heating pipes. The height of the spraying nozzles can be adjusted to achieve optimum results. Problem: The spraying nozzles only have a restricted stroke due to the lack of space between the plants and the heating pipes. A compact design has to be achieved in order to ensure sufficient height adjustment. Solution: igus® e-chains® are used – making the system arms movable and allowing them to be raised horizontally.
