Board lubricator

The challenge: Provision of an efficient and speed-dependent board lubricator with different material width and tool infeed heights. The available space for the spray chamber is very limited. The realization: The new developed “board lubricator (Retrofit)” lubricates boards in a transfer press. An innovative feature of the system is the spray chamber widths with only 125 mm in DLR. To realise this specification, a clever design of the lower nozzle bars was decisive during the phase planning and realisation. Cables and hoses can be guided on a very limited available space by plastic e-chains® and the telescopic rails drylin® NT35 from igus®.
