IE-commerce leads to more and more shipments being dispatched every day. A new logistics systems makes it possible to get around the manual attachment of all the necessary documents such as delivery note, invoice, return delivery note: the task is performed by the “Automated Document Applicator”. It evens out, folds and glues all the documents with an accompanying documents pocket automatically to the outside of the box. Package format and position of the documents can be varied continually. Different e-chains® from igus are only one product segment used for this application.
