3D-printed racks from igus® are made with our high-performance plastic iglide® materials that are up to 50 times more wear resistant than standard 3D-printing materials. We extensively test our engineered composite plastics inside our 41,000-square-foot test lab to ensure every 3D-printed part offers exceptional wear rates comparable to injection-molded components inside moving applications. iglide® 3D-printed racks are low-friction, self-lubricating, maintenance-free and can be designed with an optimized tooth shape to enhance their service life.
