igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks. igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear modules and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

X axis: drylin ZLW-1040 toothed belt axis with NEMA23XL stepper motor with encoder
Y-axis: drylin ZLW-1040 toothed belt axis with NEMA23XL stepper motor with encoder
Z-axis: drylin GRR-1280 boom axis with NEMA23XL stepper motor with encoder
Initiators optionally available and can be mounted along the entire profile length via T-slot

Examples of use: Measuring and testing machines, marking application, component marking and many more

Further strokes up to 3m are available as standard and after technical testing also up to 6m and 20kg. Please contact us for further information.
