igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks. igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear modules and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

X-axis: drylin ZLW-0630 toothed belt axis with NEMA23XL stepper motor with encoder
Y-axis: drylin ZLW-0660 toothed belt axis with NEMA23 stepper motor with encoder
Z-axis: drylin GRW-0630 cantilever axis with rack and pinion drive and NEMA17 stepper motor with encoder

Initiators optionally available and can be mounted along the entire profile length via T-slot

Applications: Measuring and testing machines, handling and assembly technology, identification in microelectronics, tasks in small parts handling, simple handling tasks and many more

Further strokes up to 3m are available as standard and after technical testing also up to 6m and 20kg.
