Service Levels
There are four levels of the superwise service available to choose from: basic, silver, gold and platinum. To find out which service plan is the best to prevent unplanned downtime in your applications, contact a smart plastics expert.
The superwise Service Tiers
Security through experience
The superwise Basic service plan gives you access to the superwise portal, where you can view the estimated service life of your e-chain® system. This service life is calculated using your provided information and statistically validated data.
Key application parameters such as cycles per day, speed, acceleration, fill weight, and ambient conditions are used to calculate the expected service life. Based on this data, time-based maintenance plans can be created to support reliable and predictable system operation.
You will also be notified in advance when inspections are due.
With the Basic version, you get:
- An overview of your components in the dashboard
- Maintenance management via the dashboard
- Storage of the installation history
- Information on service life based on statistical values
- Next service reminder
- Use of sensors for condition monitoring possible

Basic
Know the exact status of your e-chain® system
With the superwise Silver service plan, you can supplement your e-chain with our i.Sense or i.Cee modules. These determine the exact condition and maintenance requirements of your e-chain in real-time through the dashboard, alerts, and notifications.
The calculation of the service life is based on the actual movement profile of the e-chain®. With the help of i.Sense sensors, data including the number of cycles, speed, acceleration is recorded and included in the service life calculation.
With the Silver option you get:
- All the advantages of the Basic option
- Adaptive service life assessment based on the actual movement profile
- Customized, usage-dependent maintenance plans
- A precise statement on the individual application
- Calls from our technical sales department with suggested solutions
- The i.Sense module detects when defined values are exceeded and issues an alarm or information message

Silver

With the superwise Gold service plan, the use of sensitive sensors and sophisticated i.Cee modules enables the collection of highly detailed data. On this basis, it is possible to make precise predictions about the individual condition and expected service life.
With the Gold option, you get:

Gold
Leave the worries to us
The superwise Platinum service plan makes your life easier. You get all the benefits of the superwise Gold service as well as complete peace of mind. We will take care of maintenance, inspection and, if necessary, a complete e-chain replacement. All other services are free of charge for you via a monthly contribution. We take care of inspection, replacement, maintenance and repair. You don't have to worry about a thing.
With the Platinum option, you get:

Platinum
Using the superwise Dashboard
All the advantages of the superwise dashboard are already included in the Basic service level. This includes:
- Overview of all e-chain systems
- Maintenance management
- Next service reminder
- Service life information
- Alarm in the event of anomalies
- Utilization-dependent maintenance plans
You determine the manner of data transfer and access
Data transfer within your local corporate network (i.Cee:local) or on a secure cloud (i.Cee:cloud)
Smart machine data acquisition
All information from the i.Sense condition monitoring system can also be evaluated in the i.Cee control cabinet module. This data can then be used to digitally control the system's alarm and escalation management.
The i.Cee module can be integrated into predictive maintenance concepts in multiple ways, ranging from preventive service management with usage-based maintenance scheduling to location-independent fault management that immediately reports unforeseen changes via multiple mobile channels. All data is consolidated in a modern dashboard that can be accessed either online or locally within the customer’s network, depending on individual requirements.
