Self-lubricating drylin® ZLW with Ex protection for adjustments

drylin® ZLW "EX" type linear axes have been developed for applications in highly sensitive environments such as flour production and wood-working. The axis is configured to the individual stroke length with dry-tech® liners, and a conductive toothed belt.

Individual stroke lengths up to max. 2,000 mm

Carriage lengths: 100 / 150 / 200 mm

Wires shown in photo are not included.

We recommend removing the anodize from a section of the support rail and attaching the grounding wire behind the supplied slot nuts.

We recommend a ground wire be attached in the metal area inside the pulley mechanism, this is possible by removing the end cap from either of the end blocks.
