Compact carriage in hygienic design
drylin W hygienic design carriages offer as little space as possible for bacteria and viruses. Consistent compliance with the EHEDG production guidelines means that the carriages can be rinsed without any problems, there are no dead spaces and slopes, and radii prevent dirt particles and germs from adhering.

Bolted stainless steel rail in hygienic design
In addition to our new installation size, we are optimising our modular system. The new drylin W rail for the Zone 1 spray area is a variant of the stainless steel profiles with bolted support elements.

Carriage zinc die-casting
Compact drylin W linear plain bearing can be installed inside the housing. The design of the linear system thus saves up to 25% of the overall width. After installing on 80mm wide aluminium construction profiles, the system does not protrude a millimetre to the side.

Carriage AL
The compact drylin W carriage is also available in an aluminium version. The carriage is available in three carriage lengths (60/80/100mm) and is 100% lubrication-free.

Carriage for curved rail convex and concave
Curved rail profiles are a major challenge in small installation spaces. This is because less space means a tighter bend radius for the rail profiles and even more flexible adaptation of the carriages to the curved profiles. Thanks to the new double rail in installation size 06, round and ergonomic adjustments are now also possible for smaller installation spaces.

Carriages for curved rail semi and full circle
The new curved guides in size 06 are available as a semi-circle. This allows you to achieve tight radii of up to 100mm when travelling around curves thanks to the flexible three-point bearing of the carriage. This is particularly useful when operator ergonomics are required, e.g. monitors and control elements are guided in a radius to ensure easy and safe accessibility.

Pre-loaded hybrid roller bearings
drylin W hybrid roller bearings are often used for manual adjustments because they combine the smooth running of polymer rollers with robust plain bearing technology for absorbing lateral forces. And all this without a drop of lubrication in the system.
