SLW lead screw actuators for motorized or manual adjustment
drylin® SLW lead screw actuators feature a robust aluminum dual-shaft rail and offers various carriage and material options, making it both lightweight and cost-effective. The SLW actuator is perfect for manual format adjustments and can also be equipped with a motor for automated, electrical adjustments.
SHT lead screw actuators for motorized or manual adjustment
drylin® SHT lead screw actuators feature precision-ground support shafts. Both SLW and SHT actuators perform reliably in dirty and harsh environments thanks to their dry-running linear bearings and leadscrew nuts. For applications with extreme exposure to dirt and dust, the SHT series is the ideal choice due to its open-shaft design.
ZLW belt-driven actuator for high-speed motorized adjustment
drylin® ZLW belt-drive/timing belt actuators are optimized for moving low loads at high speeds, reaching up to 5 m/s with travel lengths of up to 4 meters. Designed with high-profile aluminum rails, our ZLW actuators are durable, lightweight, and cost-effective. Whether used as standalone systems or integrated into gantry robot systems, the ZLW series delivers an ideal solution for applications requiring space efficiency and high torque support. Additionally, all drylin® ZLW belt-driven linear actuators can be configured with drylin® E stepper or DC motors and come ready for installation.
