With the smart plastic miniature abrasion sensor, you can monitor the wear condition of your system parts subject to abrasion in real time. The system consists of robust, 3mm x 4mm sensors that can simply be glued or screwed into the material to be monitored. The sensor continuously measures the condition of the material and emits a signal if a critical value is not reached. This allows you to carry out condition-based maintenance and avoid unnecessary or premature material replacement.

Digital evaluation takes place via potential-free contacts that can be connected to the customer's system control. Our sensor system is therefore an extremely cost-effective and reliable solution for monitoring wear on your systems.
