First twistable IO-Link cable with up to 4 year guarantee for torsion and e-chain

CF77.UL.D: finally a reliable IO-Link cable for the chain and the robot

IO-Link is a further development of the classic INI systems by adding the option to control the sensors. With these cables, we create a reliable cable solution for robots and e-chains®.
Order online now!
A worldwide standard: IO-Link. This system is the first worldwide standardised IO technology (IEC 61131-9) to communicate with sensors and also actuators. It is a powerful point-to-point communication based on the proven 3-conductor sensor and actuator connection. IO-Link is not a field bus, but the next step to intelligently use the existing connection technology for sensors and actuators.

Efficient and cost-saving - the IO-Link advantages

IO-Link is universal: the interface communicates from the control system to the lowest automation level and can be connected to almost all field bus systems. All you need is a 3-wire cable and a standardised connection with M5, M8 or M12 connectors. With IO-Link, the sensors can be installed directly at the point of action, where they are optimally positioned in terms of process technology and yet still be communicatively addressed by the control system.

IO-Link is smart: the technology standard enables the exchange of data and events. IO-Link offers the possibility of saving parameters directly in the IO-Link master.

Reduce life cycle costs significantly with the right cable selection

Checklist helps in making complex purchasing decisions

Function units for transmitting energy to machines require a large number of electrical cables. Many cables are similar in structure but have different mechanical properties. In the rarest of cases, however, do cables that are supposedly cost-effective to purchase meet the requirements of complex machines and applications. This often leads to downtime and high repair costs later on - with correspondingly negative effects on Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

In order to avoid that and also reduce the cost, the checklist presented in this free white paper can help decision makers. The list presents the key factors for cable selection and illustrates the relevance of the essential parameters for all decision makers.

4 year chainflex guarantee

chainflex guarantee We offer up to 4 years guaranteed on our cables with confidence, as we are able to make reliable predictions about the service life of our cables due to over 30 years of experience and 800 concurrently undertaken experiments in our 3,800 m² test laboratory.

Harnessed INI cables

readycable portfolio Sensor/actuator cables for energy chains are cables for bend radii from 4xd. The CF.INI cables are tested in e-chains® with many millions of cycles. They have various approvals and conformities, e.g. UL, CSA, CE Desina and oil resistance. Diverse cable ends are available for the sensor/actuator cable.
