With the new generation of new twisterchain circular chains, significantly improved smoothness coupled with higher stability could be achieved. The new twisterchain is modular in width, height and radius and can therefore be used very flexibly in applications where rotary motions up to 540° and more as well as rugged solutions are required.

The cable-optimized intermediate link tremendously increases the stability of the new twisterchain. At the same time, it serves as an interior separator and divides the filling space into two chambers.

The unsupported twisterchain allows for unsupported energy supply without a trough, reduces assembly effort and creates a clean, space-saving system structure. Over 600° rotation capability, internal crossbars and optional shelves ensure fast installation, cable-friendly operation and a long service life.

Axis 1: Perfect for the robot base of small industrial robots – clean, low-collision, strong, can be installed close to the floor or elevated.

Axis 5: Ideal for palletizers – can be flexibly assembled on the arm or EOAT, reliable at high rotational speeds and with dynamic movements.
