The heavy-duty triflex® R dresspack is characterized by its high breaking force through an internal metal chain, robust design, suitability for conveyor systems and large, cable-friendly interior.
When igus® developed the TRHD Series of triflex® R, there was a focus on high stability combined with safe and secure handling. For example, the internal stop-dog system eliminates the risk of crushing when the system is in motion. In addition, the small ventilation holes ensure heat dissipation.
The original area of application for this heavy-duty multi-dimensional cable carrier is shore power, where systems such as the igus® e-dispenser, supply power to electric inland vessels.

TRHD series mounting brackets provide secure, stable and flexible fastening for heavy duty triflex R dresspacks. Available in flanged or without strain relief and with stainless or galvanized steel bushings.
Where is the heavy-duty chain used?
The e-dispenser is the conveyor unit for the TRHD.142.300.0, which can be integrated into various systems as well as into igus' own dispenser solutions. With the e-dispenser, the TRHD.142 and charging connector can be safely lowered onto the vehicle to be charged - whether on land or water.
