The igus variant of a cable drum without slip ring, for cable diameters from 5mm to 15mm. Intended for integration into existing customer structures. By dispensing with an external housing, costs, weight and dimensions can be saved. The e-spool flex light is planned as a spring-loaded (SP) version.

Tech up: Slip-ring-free guidance for electricity, data, liquids or air. Can be equipped with any type of cable.Cost down: No slip ring and cost-effective in the event of repairs, as individual components can be replaced.

With a newly developed cable drum for control panels, robot users avoid tangled cables and trip hazards in automated production. Since the new solution does not use slip rings, media, data and the power and signal supply of the emergency stop button can also be integrated into the system.
