drylin® SHTC screw-driven linear actuators are designed to be compact and space saving, ideal for use in small installation spaces. They’re best suited for speeds below 100 rpm, but heavy-duty offerings are available that can withstand loads up to 25,000 N (5,620 lbf). SHTC shafts can range from 8–30mm, and are available in multiple material options, including stainless steel and aluminum. Trapezoidal — otherwise known as metric ACME — lead screws are used in SHTC actuators, enabling high-precision performance and self-locking capabilities. You can configure your own drylin SHTC actuator system with the online drylin linear actuator configuration tool. This tool makes the configuration process as simple as possible and ensures you can design the perfect actuator for your application.
