drylin® ZLW seventh axis for EPSON robots as a plug-and-play solution

EPSON seventh axis

Expand your EPSON robot's working area

Flexible use of robots

The so-called seventh axis is a linear adjustment that extends the robot action radius.   The drylin® ZLW-20 toothed belt axis is ideally suited for use as a wide low-profile linear axis. Adapter kits for the direct connection of EPSON robots with software integration are available for this axis. The ZLW-20 toothed belt axis can be delivered ready for connection with the matching adapter kit. More strokes (up to 6000mm) are possible upon request, depending on the technical design.
  • Connection via linear carriage of the ZLW-20 modular axis
  • Compatible with the EPSON SCARA T3, EPSON SCARA T6, and EPSON ProSix VT6-901S (corresponding drill hole available)
  • Stroke lengths of up to 3000mm
  • Drive: stepper motor NEMA23XL with 5:1 gearbox
  • Adapter kit including preparation of suitable e-chain systems®
  • Possible integration into the EPSON programming interface
