igus® offers various 3D CAD configurators for different wear-resistant parts so that you can easily transform your components into 3D printing models. It takes just a few minutes – simply select your desired component group, such as gears, racks, plain bearings or rollers, and customize a template that’s the basic shape of your part. When your model is ready, you can download the 3D CAD data and order the part online directly from the igus® 3D printing service. Our iglide® 3D-printing materials last up to 50 times longer inside moving applications than standard 3D-printing materials. We extensively test our engineered composite plastics inside our 41,000-square-foot test lab based in Cologne, Germany to ensure that every 3D-printed component offers exceptional wear rates comparable to injection-molded parts. We produce 3D-printed components for prototypes and small batches – no minimum order quantity required!
