The difference between each cleanroom class is determined via the load and speed of the application, which is why we test all of our drylin® guides so that they demonstrate a clear suitability for cleanrooms. The combination iglide® J against anodized and hard anodized aluminum has "Level 1" in the ESD compatibility according to SEMI E78-0998 (best rating). All drylin® linear guide systems are designed for dry operation and have also been tested in this condition. No oils or grease were used as additional lubricants.
