In addition to the drive and rol e-chains, the slide profile is an indispensable element of the chain conveyor. The glide bar carries the applied loads and enables a continuous drive thanks to its low coefficient of friction.

Our glide bars made from iglide bar stock are designed for the high loads imposed by car bodies, are maintenance-free and have a low coefficient of friction.

Repair cell for paint damage at SEAT

The Spanish company Procon has developed a system that automatically recognizes and repairs paint damage in car bodies. The pivot arms are equipped with our triflex® R dresspacks. The advantage for the customer here is the high flexibility of the dress pack, which at the same time has a firmly defined bend radius and thus protects the cable inside. In addition, cables can be easily removed or inserted into the chain.

Maintenance-free bearing for actuators in painting lines

These actuators from ARIS Stellantriebe GmbH are used as flap adjusters in painting lines. However, the frequent cycles result in a high load for the threaded components. Components from our dryspin® and iglide® bearing portfolio provide a remedy here.
