Linear bearing and housing unit use in leak test stand

To make the leak stand test (quality control test for a heat exchanger) work, a facility required a guide with the following properties: sensitive to dirt, maintenance-free, water-resistant, vibration-resistant and cost-efficient. drylin® linear bearings and a housing unit were installed. Two drylin® quad blocks (RQA 01-30) and four shaft end supports (TA-30) were used (as pictured below). The facility has been in operation for many months and the igus® elements have proven themselves as the perfect solution.
