The cable guidance system guidelok swing GLO.S from igus® enables the safe movement of cranes in Talke Plastic's injection moulding production. Contract manufacturing is highly customised, so the tools required must be replaced regularly depending on the project. In injection moulding production at the Thuringian specialist Talke Plastic, this is done using crane systems under the ceiling. To ensure that the travelling movement of the cranes runs safely and that no one is injured, the company decided to install the guidelok swing GLO.S cable routing system from igus®. The solution is impressive, not least due to the innovative, very simple attachment of the guidance using adhesive technology.
