The guidelok slimline mini is an ultra-compact guide trough system for vertically travelling e-chains® in confined installation spaces. It was specially developed for smaller storage and retrieval units (SRUs) as well as mini-load applications to ensure precise, safe guidance of the e-chain even under high lateral acceleration.
The system consists of lightweight, modular guidance and safety elements that guide the e-chain® securely from both sides, thereby reliably eliminating vibrations and impact movements. Thanks to its slim design, it fits into even the tightest installation spaces and ensures reliable guidance - even at high dynamics.
The GLSL.M is available for E2.15 and E2.21 series e-chains® and offers two versions that utilize either a front or side-mounted moving arm.
Minimized number of parts
In modern mini-load systems as well as small storage and retrieval units, limited installation space is available, while the dynamic requirements are increasing. Traditional guide troughs were too large, too heavy or too expensive for this. We wanted a system that was very compact, strong and economical to suit these conditions.
System manufacturers, integrators and operators of automated mini-load warehouses. Wherever vertically travelling e-chains experience high lateral acceleration - for example during fast lifting movements - a secure guide is required. Mini-load systems in particular benefit from the minimal space requirement of the guidelok slimline mini.
The e-chain runs in a slim, modular guide system. guidelok elements on both sides grip the chain every meter, stabilizing it and preventing lateral deflection.
The e-chain is not only guided by the safety catch from both sides, but is also fixed laterally and to the inner radius. This prevents vibrations and the typical "chain slap" that can cause damage or downtime.
Reduced use of materials: instead of a continuous trough made of aluminum or steel, slim brackets are installed every meter, into which the guidelok elements are integrated. Lightweight glass-fiber reinforced plastic brackets guide the chain between them. This significantly reduces the weight while maintaining high stability. This is an advantage for any vertical axis system, as less mass needs to be moved.
Assembly is deliberately kept simple. The individual elements come pre-assembled and can then be attached to the system in a modular fashion using two screws each. Thanks to their lightweight design and compact installation size, installation and adjustment are much quicker than with conventional guide systems. This reduces installation times and facilitates retrofit projects.
Thanks to a clear, function-orientated architecture: few components, modular design, no oversizing. Everything is tailored to actual requirements. This enables us to achieve a system that is technically absolutely reliable, but at the same time remains significantly more economical than many conventional solutions.

Guide trough for vertical applications, especially for storage and retrieval units of all kinds, now with even lighter components and simplified installation. Locking levers and guide rails prevent the energy chain from swinging and swinging out.
