Assembly Instructions for e-chain® Series E4/light

Assembling e-chains and e-tubes

System E4/light Assembly

Position at one side

Snap it in

Position opposite side, press together and snap in

Assemble crossbars - Push down and snap in by using a screwdriver

System E4/light Montage

Assemble clips (energy chains with crossbars every other link) - Push down and snap in

System E4/light Assembly

Assemble e-tube lids/bottoms. Attach to the connector at an angle and snap in

Separating e-chains and e-tubes

System E4/light Assembly

Remove crossbars, clips, and lids on two adjacent chain links. Guide the screwdriver into the slot between side links

System E4/light Assembly

Release it by levering it and separate the energy chain

Opening e-chains

Remove crossbars - Insert screwdriver into the slot, push down, release by lever action

System E4/light Assembly

Remove clips - Insert screwdriver into the slot and push down, release by lever action

Opening e-tubes

System E4/light Assembly

Remove lids/bottoms - Insert screwdriver into the slot, release by lever action

System E4/light Montage

Release only one side to swivel the lid
