Selective Laser Sintering uses a laser to fuse polymer powder layer by layer; unused powder supports the part, so no separate support structures are required.

iglide® SLS 3D printing powders are wear-optimized powders engineered for sliding contact (gears, bearings, guides) and stable, repeatable production.

iglide® i3-PL showed at least 3× higher abrasion resistance than conventional SLS materials in igus tribology tests.

Our SLS powders offer a dimensional accuracy of ±0.1 mm, with build planning aimed at consistent results across batches.

Choices include food-compatible i6/i6-BLUE, ESD-capable i8-ESD and i9-ESD, and higher-temperature/ESD i230 (up to ~110 °C long-term).
