For this reason, drylin linear bearings in particular, but also plastic plain bearings made of iglide are used at various points within the testing and packaging system.
For side and format adjustments to set the machine for different folding box dimensions, drylin SHT linear systems are used, which can be adjusted precisely by hand (see picture 1 down).
A highly wear-resistant round bar made of iglide JB is used as a transfer roller in the system. It also offers low coefficients of friction and operates without lubrication (picture 2).
The drylin lead screws used are robust and allow adjustments under high loads and long stroke lengths (picture 3).
