EC.P push/pull force detection

Push/pull force detection (EC.P)

Intelligent push/pull force monitoring of e-chains®

You have to control the push/pull forces on energy chains. Wherever forces increase, there is also increased breakage risk. EC.P sensors give you full control, including recommending shutdown. Can be used in any e-chain®, unsupported or gliding. These sensors work even with changing loads and fluctuating environmental parameters. Count on it: we can handle pressure.

Discover EC.P functionality in 70 seconds

  • The EC.P (EC = e-chain P = pull force) sensor is mounted on the (floating) moving end of the e-chain.
  • There, it measures pull forces applied to the e-chain.
  • If force thresholds are exceeded, the sensor reports the event and, as necessary switches off; the system to prevent expensive damage to the system.
