Compact design with a large gripping stroke

The Zimmer gripper provides a large gripping stroke in a compact, lightweight design. This makes it suitable for handling different part sizes when installation space and the ReBeL® cobot’s payload capacity are limited.

Adjustable gripping force

The gripping force can be adjusted to suit the workpiece and application, providing greater control when handling different parts.

Simple digital I/O control

The gripper connects to the digital I/O interface on the ReBeL® fourth axis. This allows it to be controlled through standard digital signals for straightforward integration with the robot.

Designed for reliable operation

The gripper features a mechanical self-locking mechanism, an IP40 rating and a service life of up to 10 million maintenance-free cycles.

Ready for integration with the ReBeL®

The set includes the Zimmer gripper, ReBeL® connection cable, adapter plate and mounting screws. Application-specific gripper fingers are not included.
