igus offers delta robots for a wide variety of tasks. The 3- and 4-axis delta robots were specially developed for fast pick & place tasks and are optionally supplied with a suitable control system. With a reach of 1,000 mm and a pick rate of 111 picks/minute, they set new standards for cost-effective automation. The combination of precision and speed makes this robot ideal for end-of-line applications.

Control system
The Software enables simple and intuitive robot control and programming, making it easy to get started with automation. The modular design makes it possible to control different igus kinematics, for example Delta robots. The Delta robot can be controlled directly by our igus® Robot Control with all its advantages.
The free and license-free igus Robot Control software is integrated into the control system and thus uses a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system. This means less project planning effort and faster commissioning.
