Low-cost bearing inserts made of iglide high-performance plastic
igubal® bearing inserts are a maintenance-free alternative to insert bearings in metal pillow block and flange bearings. Available for cast housings in sizes UC203-210 and for sheet metal housings in sizes P204-208.

The bearing inserts made of high-performance plastic allow dry running without lubrication. Especially in environments with heavy contamination, the advantages are enormous: While classic metal bearings often need to be re-lubricated, the igubal bearing inserts have an embedded solid lubricant, which makes additional lubrication unnecessary. In addition, the A350EM-SP bearing inserts are food conform.
Easy to fit
Fitting the bearing inserts is simple. They can be inserted by hand into metal plummer block and flanged housings in seconds - without expensive and time-consuming conversions.
