igubal® KARM/KALM 2.0 metal rod end for high loads

The igubal® KARM/KALM 2.0 combines the strength of a metal rod end with the maintenance-free performance of an iglide® high-performance polymer liner. Designed for applications with high static and dynamic loads, it provides a durable solution for transmitting forces during pivoting, tilting and rotational movements.

The rod end is available with either a stainless steel housing and stainless steel spherical ball or a galvanized steel housing with a hard-chromed steel spherical ball. The integrated iglide® liner enables grease-free, dry-running operation and eliminates the need for routine relubrication.

Multiple iglide® liner materials are available to meet different application requirements, including options for high wear resistance, extreme temperatures, FDA-compliant applications and alternating loads. Housing material, liner material, shaft diameter, thread type and thread direction can also be selected to match the application.
