The igubal® J3EM-SP-TP is a split bearing insert designed for use in igubal® split pillow block and flange bearings. Its split construction simplifies installation and replacement while providing the reliable, maintenance-free performance of iglide® J3 high-performance polymer.

iglide® J3 is engineered for excellent wear resistance at low to medium loads and high speeds, with a service life up to 300% longer than iglide® J. Low coefficients of friction support smooth dry-running operation, while resistance to dust, dirt and many chemicals makes the insert suitable for demanding environments.

The J3EM-SP-TP also features low moisture absorption, vibration-damping properties and good wear resistance in wet environments. With dimensions based on DIN 626-1, it provides a durable, grease-free solution for applications requiring a split bearing design.
