igubal® J3EM-SD sealed bearing insert for abrasive environments

The igubal® J3EM-SD is a sealed bearing insert designed for demanding applications exposed to dirt, dust and abrasive particles. An integrated iglide® A160 seal helps prevent contaminants from entering the contact area between the bearing and shaft, reducing exposure to abrasive wear and helping extend service life.

The machined insert is made from wear-resistant iglide® J3 high-performance polymer and is available with either one sided or two sided sealing. Its low coefficient of friction supports smooth dry-running operation without external grease, while low moisture absorption, chemical resistance and good wear performance in wet environments make it a versatile alternative to conventional metal bearing inserts.

With dimensions based on DIN 626-1, the J3EM-SD combines dependable contamination protection with the maintenance-free, self-lubricating performance of igubal® polymer bearing technology.
