Food-grade triboplastic for hygienic liners and low-profile glide elements. Combines FDA and EU 10/2011 compliance with low moisture uptake, strong media resistance, and clean, dry-running performance for bonded wear layers and shims in washdown environments.

When to use it: For compliant, thin wear sheets in food or cleanroom equipment needing chemical resistance and low friction.
When not to use it: For very thin 3 mm sheets with similar compliance, see A180; for general-purpose non-compliant sheets, see J; for large 1000 × 1000 mm panels, see REC200.

Sheets are ideal when a broad face at minimal thickness is needed to reduce friction, noise, and wear. You keep core iglide® benefits—self-lubrication, chemical durability, and long service life—while meeting tight height constraints. Available in round bar stock, plate stock, sheet stock, plate strips, and custom profiles (upon request).

When to use sheet stock

• Low thickness liners and shims with wide surface area
• Bonded or fastened wear layers on sliding surfaces
• Lightweight, low profile glide pads and noise reduction layers
• Quick profiling of flat parts from thin panels

When not to use sheet stock

• Parts needing deep counterbores, threads, or structural stiffness (choose plate stock)
• Long, straight rails better served by a fixed strip width (choose plate strips)
• Turned, round geometries (choose round bar)
• Very high volumes of one geometry (use catalog parts or molding)
