Change Language :
A high-rigidity flange variant for transferring heavy loads into the host structure. The hard-anodized aluminum outer ring is enlarged to provide a wider mounting flange and more bolt holes than the standard PRT-01, which translates to greater support, higher rigidity under heavy loads, and better tilting moment behavior when bolted down. The interior bearing geometry is unchanged, but the larger flange transfers the bearing’s load capacity into the host structure more effectively. Available with standard, threaded (-ARGG), or countersunk (-ARGS) hole patterns.
When to use it: Large-diameter PRT-01 installations under heavy loads or high tilting moments, where the standard flange’s bolt count or footprint isn’t sufficient to fully transfer the load into the host structure.
When not to use it: When the standard PRT-01 flange already meets the rigidity and bolt-pattern requirements (use the standard PRT-01 for lower cost), or when mounting space is too constrained for an enlarged flange.
Application areas: Large indexing tables, robot bases, heavy automation pivots, outdoor structural pivots, and any large-diameter heavy-duty rotary application where the standard flange is the limiting factor in transferring load to the structure.
