iglide® Slewing Ring, PRT-06, Stainless Steel or Aluminum Housing, iglide® J or A181 Sliding Elements

iglide® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for self-lubricating dry operation. The design is not based on metallic rollers or balls, but on maintenance-free sliding elements made of the proven tribologically optimized iglide® materials.

Available with the following properties:

• Anodized aluminum
• Stainless steel
• Raw aluminum
• With sliding elements made of iglide® J or A181 (FDA-compliant)

The slewing ring bearing is available in the sizes 100, 150, 200 and 300 mm.

Thanks to the iglide® A181 material, the slewing ring bearing is FDA-compliant and thus ideally suited for use in the food and packaging sector.

The sliding elements made of iglide® J are our best all-rounders. They are characterized by a low coefficient of friction during dry operation. Furthermore, this material has a low moisture absorption and good chemical resistance.
