XYZ Gantry robot
The new standard XYZ gantry system, especially for palletizing applications, ensures reliable and flexible loading and unloading of pallets. The XYZ gantry can lift a weight of up to 10 kg and is thus our strongest room XYZ gantry.
X-axis
consisting of: two drylin® ZLW-20120 toothed belt axes, toothed belt tension 700 N, feed 144 mm/rev, aluminum profile, surface: hard-anodized, PU toothed belt with stainless steel tension, white, guide carriage in length 300 mm, shaft end supports made of aluminum, driven on one side by an igus EC/BLDC motor in installation size NEMA24 with encoder and gearbox (i=10:1), mechanical synchronization via AWMP-16 main shaft

Control system
igus Robot Control allows for simple, intuitive robot programming and control, making it easy to get started with automation. The modular design makes it possible to control various igus kinematics, such as delta robots. The XYZ gantry can be controlled via our igus® Robot Control with all its advantages.
The free-of-charge, license-free igus Robot Control software is integrated into the control system and thus makes use of a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system. This reduces project planning effort and facilitates commissioning.
The igus Robot Control is not a component of the part and can optionally be purchased from us. A master control system is not necessary.
If you want to use your own (robot) control system, that's no problem either.
Alternatively, it is also possible to operate each axis individually with a control system. For example, with our igus® D1 dryve motor control system. With this control architecture, you need one per axis or motor and an additional master control system, which controls the coordination of the movement. You must then program the inverse kinematics for the delta robot yourself in your development environment.
The motor control systems are not part of the product and can be ordered from us as an option. A master control system is currently not offered by igus.
