The e-spool® flex 2.0 is the igus® version of a cable drum without a slip ring. Cable diameters from .2" to .59" (5 mm to 15 mm) can be used within these systems. The cable is always securely routed through a feed-through to ensure that it is wound properly at all times. Its modular design makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, from industrial robots and car workshops to stage technology and trailer lighting. A guided feed-through ensures the cable is wound evenly and securely, preventing tangling and reducing wear for smooth, long-lasting operation.
When selecting a variant, the following features are denoted in the product number: hand crank (H), retaining spring (SP or SB), inlet brake (SB)
- No slip ring: Uninterrupted supply of power, data and air
