igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks.  igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear guides and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

Z-axis: drylin GRR-1280 leichtbau gear rack with direct drive NEMA23XL stepper motor with encoder
Y-axis: drylin ZLW-1020 toothed belt axis with NEMA23XL stepper motor with encoder
Initiators optionally available and can be mounted along the entire profile length via T-slots

Applications:  Pick & Place, marking applications, sorting systems, identification in microelectronics or medical technology and many more

Further strokes up to 3m are available as standard and after technical testing also up to 6m and 20kg.
