Breakthrough in "green" production automation

Energy chain system P4: Fast, quiet energy, data and media supply solution for energy efficient processing and storage processes. On travel distances of 40 to 50 meters, for example, that reduces the electricity and operating costs significantly, e.g. in automotive production or in machining centers. The small sizes P4.32 and P4.42 in particular are suitable for so-called “green” machining processes and storage systems. With the rolling energy supply solution, plant and machinery manufacturers have great benefits on loading gantries for automated production processes from 3 m/s, and especially from 3.5 m/s. Compared to sliding friction, rolling friction comes out 75 percent less – which means up to 57 percent less drive power.
Besides that, loading and unloading processes can now be made even faster without increasing the noise level.

The abrasion resistant and quite P4 profile-rol e-chain® with self-guidance enables 57 percent less drive power with machining and storage processes at 3 m/s and faster. At a distance of 40 to 50 meters, for example, that saves electricity costs and enables higher speed and acceleration, without increasing the sound level.
