Configuring 3D gear wheels is now easier than ever. With the igus® gear configurator, unique designs can be created in as little as 60 seconds. Users can create a CAD model for their gear, and within three days the components will be ready for shipment. The high-performance iglide® plastic gear material is optimized for friction and wear, meaning your part will last for an extended service life. Typical machine gears are up to 40% more expensive, and the production can take weeks.
